Our engagement starts with a thorough review of all technical documentation and designs provided by the contractor. During execution, we provide continuous or periodic site surveillance, perform QA/QC audits, and witness all critical testing, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs). We are responsible for managing all technical clarifications and approving invoices based on verified physical and technical progress.
By maintaining a vigilant technical presence, we protect the Owner’s financial and technical investment, significantly reducing the risk of costly post-handover defects or performance shortfalls.

Our comprehensive process involves an unbiased technical assessment of the technology, site conditions, permits, and key commercial contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA).
